"I have been using the Body Bar Flex for about three years. I have MS and I have found this piece of equipment to be very useful during my stretching exercises. I use the Body Bar Flex to stretch my legs after my cardiac exercises and to stretch other parts of my body. I also use the Body Bar Flex to do my abdominal exercises. In doing my abdominal before the Body Bar Flex I had a hard time controlling my abdominal exercises because I found my elbows and arms were always out of position. Thus causing me not to concentrate on my breathing while doing my abs. I found the Body Bar Flex to control the position of my arms and elbows thus allowing me more control when doing my abdominal exercises. The bar has conditioned my arms and elbows to stay in the right position. I have also started using the bar during my cardiac exercises. I use the bar to do stretching and some strength training while I walk."
