"I learned about Body Bars at Sara's City Workout Chicago Mania in 2003. I attended a class with Sherry Catlin and found the workout to be so challenging and fun. The time flew by! My coworker and I went back to our company, U-Move Fitness at the University of Michigan, and we convinced our director to purchase a whole supply of Body Bars for University of Michigan fitness classes. I taught a 1 hr. Body Bar class 1x weekly, and not only did I LOVE it, but the participants LOVED it--male and female. I think it was the best attended class in my 5 years of teaching aerobics there. The participants commented they felt themselves becoming stronger, and the workouts were fun, and never boring. It's true--there are SO many different things you can do with the Body Bar. (ex. plyometrics, Pilates, Yoga, Step exercises, not to mention a TON of variations on traditional strength training moves). I now have 3 of my own Body Bars at home, and a whole slew of videos & DVDS. I love your products (especially the Kickboxing Circuit workout).

As for feedback on the website, it might be nice to have diagrams/pictures of different strength training exercises that can be done with the body bar. Or maybe a place where instructors can swap choreography & exercise ideas.
