"The Body Bar is one of my favorite--and most valuable--fitness tools. By having a variety of weighted Bars in my home gym, I'm able to make my workouts more effective--I no longer need to take the time to adjust weights on a barbell. Now, rather than allowing my muscles to rest while changing the weights, I can keep the muscle tension going by quickly switching Bars. This helps speed growth, and is particularly crucial on my time-crunched days (particularly when used with the Total Body Express DVD--my favorite!)
