I have always been a home exerciser, and I have a large collection of fitness "props" and DVD's & Videos. My favorite props have consistently been the Body Bars. It all started years ago when I bought one to use doing squats & lunges. It was so much more comfortable than a bar bell!
Now I have three different weight bars, plus the Flex Bar. They are great for any kind of strength conditioning and absolutely superlative for stretching safely and the Core Routines are the best I've ever used. They help stabilize and balance my body during exercise and I am able to perform movements that I could not do without the assist from the bars. My Body Bar DVD collection just keeps growing; they are so innovative and effective. All of the instructors offer clear cut and professional instruction. I just concentrate on where they take me and the time flies!
