Gordon Brown, a composites specialist, developed both the Body Bar Flex and the Body Bar Flex Power™. Brown was recently awarded United States Patent 7,112,166 for a “method of exercise” in which the Body Bar Flex flexible variable resistant composite exercise device is used in a completely new and novel way to strengthen and condition a person’s core and abdominal muscles. Brown has licensed this patented method of exercise to Body Bar Systems for development and distribution.
