June Kahn Enhances Body Bar Inc. Programming Team
Kahn to Develop Body Bar FLEX Programming for Seniors
BOULDER, Colo. – August 12th, 2010
Body Bar® Inc. a premier fitness company specializing in

that award-winning fitness star, writer, and entrepreneur June Kahn has been selected to develop
Body Bar FLEX® programming for the senior market. Programming will include downloadable
fitness routines, DVD’s, and educational materials utilizing the lightweight and portable Body Bar
FLEX, ideal for improving strength, balance, and flexibility of our aging population.
Ms. Kahn is a 30-plus-year fitness industry veteran. She is founder and president of June
Kahn’s Bodyworks LLC, life Power Pilates coordinator for Lifetime Fitness, and director of
education for Beamfit™. She has consulted with many companies, including Reebok®, SCW
Fitness Education, Stamina Products, Peak Pilates, Nautilus®/Bowflex®, Aerobics and Fitness
Association of America (AFAA), The Physical Mind Institute, and Wellbridge Athletic Clubs. She
has presented at many national and international events, including the IDEA Health and Fitness
Association, SCW’s Mania Fitness conventions, ECA World Fitness, Amercian College of Sports
Medicine (ACSM), Fitness Fest and DCAC Fitness conventions. Kahn is a contributing
editor/author for Pilates Style, Shape, Weight Watchers®, Living Fit, Fit Pregnancy, Fitness,
Health, and AsiaFit magazines. She was selected “One of the Nation’s top 20 Personal Trainers”
by Self magazine, and recently awarded the 2009/2010 World IDEA Instructor of the Year.

The award-winning Body Bar FLEX is a flexible fiberglass composite rod with easy-grip durable rubber casing and end caps that comes in two lengths, three and four feet, for total body training options.
