Clare Dunphy
has an extensive background in the fitness industry as a fitness educator, aerobics instructor, personal trainer, and Pilates instructor. She owns Progressive Bodyworks, Inc. a Pilates studio in Boston, MA, and received the Best of Boston Award in 1998. She has a degree in Cardiovascular Health and Exercise from Northeastern University and has been an A.C.E. Continuing Education Provider for more than ten years. |

A presenter, guest lecturer, and Master Class instructor in the United States and internationally, Clare has appeared in multiple fitness videos and has hosted a local cable television fitness program in Boston. Clare takes an integrated and wholesome approach to exercise and health and is dedicated to providing progressive and innovatinve training to those pursuing excellence through fitness. |
