Warm-Up  
Have your students perform about 1 to 2 minutes of a warm-up exercise of your choice to gradually increase the heart rate and body temperature in preparation for other warm-up and ‘gentle’ strengthening exercises to follow. You may use the Body Bar Flex for this warm-up exercise or have the students place it on the floor (out of their way).
