For missing or worn labels or end caps, Body Bar Systems will provide the industry’s highest quality replacement parts. For worn rubber sleeves with tears and nicks from years of use, we offer the Body Bar Exchange in which you receive brand new bars made with our professional grade components to replace your old bars.
The rising cost of steel in the United States makes it by far the most expensive component of a Body Bar. By recycling steel from used Body Bars, we are able to offer the Body Bar Exchange with such reasonable pricing.

| This is how the Program works: |

- Your facility calls Body Bar Systems 800.500.2030 with the number and weight of the Body Bars you wish to replace.
- After securing the order with any major credit card, we ship out your new Body Bars via UPS Ground.
- You receive the new Body Bars, unpack them, hold onto the boxes, and locate the envelope with the UPS Ground return labels enclosed.
- Pack the old bars in to the boxes and apply the UPS labels to each box.
- Call us at 800-500-2030 x1, to schedule a pickup.
